Whilst Ann’s outplacement service primarily deals with senior managers or executives, she has a broad approach and works with both individual clients as well as organisations.

Through her experience in HR Ann is fully aware of the issues concerning the process of redundancy and terminations through compromises. 

Through her partnership with an employment Law firm in the city, Ann can direct clients if required, for legal advice and support. 

Her background as a psychologist and a qualified coach and counsellor allows her a broader insight to most clients’ situation in this aspect of their career and life.
