Through her work in Stress Counselling she
identifies that whilst an appropriate level of
stress is important to a clients well being,
excessive stress can immobilise them.
Ann uses a cognitive behavioural approach to
help clients deal with their stress and through
the course of their stress counselling clients find
physical, emotional, cognitive ways of dealing
with their situation.
In addition they find practical techniques and
solutions to start reducing the levels of stress
they are faced with.
